Dry grass, butter, apple peel, graphite, dust. Stiff, bittersweet leaning bitter. Apricot, caramel dipped apple, spent wood, whiskey, honey-coated Aspirin. Strong astringency, medium acid, medium low tart, juicy. Almost a true dry finish. Zero funk. A messy cocktail with nothing quite in unison. Very crispy, strong carb, thin, residual yeasties, harsh. A good stiff drink when all you really wanted was a palatable cider. I feel this represents a lot of Eden products before they add their signature ice cider back sweetening that tends to cloud people's judgement of the final product.

Pours a slightly hazy dark straw from a bottle. Mixed apple varieties in the nose and mouth, slighty yeasty funk, a little cheese? Acidic finish. Some sweetness up front but edges drier. Good cider.
