This English-style Pale Ale was made with a special English yeast strain and spicy European hops. It is light in col-or, sweet upfront with a dry finish. Letting this beer warm up will brighten it and make the flavors more apparent.

Draft from rattle. Light gold pour. Mild hops aromatics. Pretty similar taste. Inoffensive

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma combines earthy pine and grass with a bit of earthy grain backing. Flavor has lots of grass and earthy citrus with a bit of earthy grain backing.

Ok this makes more sense. Got this and the American IPA mixed up in sample tray. The Timmys pours clear orange as well with decent lacing and head. Aroma is predominantly caramel malt with some light hops. Some booze on leave medium carbonation, consistency a bit thick for my liking for style. Tap at brewpub.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours yellow-amber with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Toasted malt and hops in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of grainy malt, fruit, caramel and mild hops. The finish is short and malty. Decent overall.

From a growler filled this morning. This pours a clear, bright golden color with a white head. Aroma has a light fruitiness of red apple. Flavor has red apple, butterscotch, toasty maltiness, with a light sweetness and at times some citrus. A really nice English-style beer, clean and well-made.
