Tap. Pours deep clear reddish amber with a medium tan head that dissipates with great creamy lacing. Aroma is Brett, white wine, apricot, caramel. Flavor is about the same, light sweet, biting light zesty bitterness, bit of funk. Medium body, but creamy. Strong warming finish

Poured from growler at Spuyten thanks to someone in RB crew for bringing. pours cloudy orange with fruity and yeasty nose. tastes hoppy, or caramel, light brett funk, malty, and lots of tropical fruit. kinda boozy and sweet on palate. gracias

Brett is a very good buddy here. He rocks that barley like Zeppelin rocks the numerous things they rock. Brett flows through the malt like it owns the shit, but on the level that it controls the shit. A wonder of infusion. Like disco meeting house. Rap meeting jazz. A witch’s brew of goodness.
