Oat Cream IIPA w/ Peaches & 1019 • 8% ABV
With BreWskey, we brewed an oat cream IIPA that is absolutely stuffed with real peach puree and peach juice, a rich liquid where creaminess from lactose abounds. We then whirlpooled it with HBC 1019, a notoriously peachy experimental hop variety to really hammer home the peach notes on this killer IIPA.

A slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of peaches, juicy hops, tart tropical fruits. Taste of tropical fruits, peaches, lime, tart fruits, grassy hops, yeast. Mild bitterness.

Aroma: a lot of peach, flowery, some herbs.
Taste: along the same lines, lots of peach and hops that not particularly working fine creating a chaos.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 21 Jan 2025). Hazed yellow with small white head with sediment chunks in the bottom of the glass. Peach with feint gooseberry note, lactose is evident. Okay.
