Cask (handpump) @ St Radegund, 129 King Street, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England BB1 1LD.Clear dark black - red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, burnt, sweet malt, sugary, dark sugar - muscavado sugar. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, burnt malt, dark roasted, sugary, muscavado sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130119]

Cask at Waggon and Horses; Drink No.7 in #no9twissup,dark brown pour with tan head, roast malt and sugar aroma, great mouth feel really full bodied, burnt sugar taste quite sweet, hints of chocolate and coffee really enjoyed this.

stilage at bow ... deep red brown ... thin lacing ... soft dark sugers ... light charcoal nose ... soft chocolate roast ... dark fruit malts
