Cask @ Navigation Tavern Beer Festival, Mirfield. Clear glowing golden with a thin head. Bitter with a small malt-hop aroma with hops being more dominant in its taste, although it’s quite a balanced taste in this respect.

Cask (gravity) @ Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2013, at the University Social Club, Mill Lane, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England CB2 1RX.Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, citrus, fruity, grapefuit notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130119]
