Taste is dry, woody, tart-ish, zesty fruity, sweet-ish malty and fruity, notes of oak, blue grapes, grape sugar, plum, cherry, raisin, lemon, orange, orange peel, lemon zest, some caramel, chocolate, whiffs of leather and vanilla. Oily, viscous texture with a parallel, thin, acidic strand, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, simultaneously minimally astringent palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. Very, very complex, not completely harmonious and homogeneous - awesome!
