Bei diesem Bier handelt es sich um ein Kollaborationssud zwischen Loncium und der Welde Brauerei. Das Bier wurde exklusiv für den Kalea Craft Bier Adventskalender gebraut und ist somit ein echter Sondersud. Bierstiltechnisch haben die Brauereien hier sogar einen Mix von zwei Bierstilen gemacht - ein American Ale mit einem Witbier. Den Koreander und die Orangenschalen kann man definitiv herausschmecken. Im Geschmack ist das Bier cremig weich und hat eine Bitterheit im Abgang.
Beide Brauereien geben an, dass dieses Bier ein einmaliger Test sein soll, sie aber jährlich mindestens ein Sondersud wie diesen gemeinsam brauen wollen.

Very pale / white ale. Pours murky, with a bit of floating matter. Thin head. Coriander on the nose and lemon, not a lot of the orange peel mentioned. Lemony in the mouth, struggling to detect any contribution from the malts. Piny hoppiness, lingering bitterness. Ok, not that well balanced. Missing a bit of sweetness.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, thick, firm, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow-white head. Rather weak and unspecific aroma, minimally wheaty, bready, malty hints of white bread crust, a fruity touch of apricot, peppery spicy whiffs of coriander. Taste is minimally sweet, wheaty malty, slightly fruity, diluted hints of apricot, a touch of orange, peppery spicy overtones of coriander. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Quite anaemic, expressionless, faint-hearted - poor.
