Het derde speciaalbiertje heet ‘t Witte Hert en is vernoemd naar de voormalige brouwerij aan Rodezand 32 in Oudewater. Deze brouwerij was in gebruik van 1680 tot ca. 1742.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, pale yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty, slightly spicy and citrusy fruity aroma, notes of banana, orange peel, a peppery touch of coriander. Taste is minimally sweet wheaty malty, fruity and minimally spicy, notes of banana, orange, orange peel, a touch of mandarine, coriander. Classic, flawless Wit. Well crafted, absolutely typical concerning colour, aroma, taste - very nice.
