Bottled. A hazy red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops, malt, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, alcohol, and bread, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours an almost clear amber with a dense and lively off-white head leaving some lacework - creamy shaving foam. Sweet caramel and even pumpernickel in the nose. Rich body, lowish carbonation, rich in caramel, again pumpernickel and a warming alcohol finish. Feels like a very very straight and easy going Doppelbock. 250213

10.0%. Hazy dark red - amber beer. Big fluffy off white head. Smooth palate with a trailing carbonated bite. Nicely judged malt base - rich but fresh and not cloying. Nice fruits provide counterbalance - cherry and a touch of melon. Finishes smooth with a whisper of aniseed alcohol. Overall the abv is well hidden. Nice beer!

Bottle (marked as #107-10) via a trade with jbye4334. Pours with a tan head and a hazy brown body. Aroma of raisins, alcohol, wood, and dark fruits. Taste is malty with dark fruits and grain. Doesn’t taste all that strong to be real honest. Light bubbles.
