Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Tom L. Clear amber. Aroma of malt, caramel, some rye, stale hops, fruitiness. Sweet flavor, caramelly, with some rye, a bit boozy, with some fruitiness, and bitter stale hops. Medium-bodied. Maybe too old.

Bottle from The Bottle Shop Canterbury. It’s strong sweet some spicy rye. Some hop some strawberry jam. Some dryness. It’s rather good if very strong. Lovely strawberry jam with a spicy edge. Bizarre but proves Gadds are awesome.

Bottle. Deep Amber with no head. Aroma is soft fruit. Flavour is sticky booze, woody, cherries on a sour bitter finish. Not really for me.
