Aroma is moderate malty, sugary, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, dark fruit, grapefruit, alcohol notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, riped dark fruit, hoppy, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120810]

GBBF. Hazy red - brown beer, small pale tan head. Light dry palate. Lovely fresh fruits in this bock, Mild sherbetty strawberry and other red berry fruits. Fruit and very drinkable.

Cask@GBBF2012. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is raisins, fruits, some alcohol and mild wooden notes in a nice balance. Flavour is raisins, some floral, resiny and wooden notes. A bit sweet in the flavour.
