500ml bottle from Cask & Glass, Tonbridge. Hazy pale copper colour with thin off white head. Earthy hop and sulphur aroma, bit of sour orange fruit too. Fullish in mouth, solid backbone, quite biscuity, and then juicy malts and more orange fruit, but this time more sweet. Initial vegetal hop fades to more orange citrus. Even a bit of chinese spice on the orange on the aroma. Still for all of the muddle it is very drinkable. It disappeared in less than 10 minutes at the end of an evening session, so I must have liked it. Hey, 4 new beers for me today, I’m back in the saddle. Overall, orange, spicey vegetal hop bitter.
