16oz can from Boise Co-op. Pale yellow, hazy pour, fizzy head fades to thin ring. Citrusy aroma, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple. Taste is dry, zesty, grapefruit. Kind of odd character

Aroma has notes of bread, guava, tangerine, Sauvignon Blanc, strawberry. Taste has a light building to moderate pithy bitterness backed by restrained bready malt sweetness and some light acidity. Top notch.

16 oz can poured. Cloudy but less dense haze, golden yellow, patchy head. Okay, I don't know what it is about Nelson Sauvin hops, but they seem to make the very best IPAs. Balanced aroma of melon hops and sturdy grains. Body is much creamier than the appearance would suggest. Has a grassy note, but is overtaken by a cool citrus and melon hop character. Cool finish. Very easy drinking and flavorful, with quite the hop show off. Well constructed recipe. Delicous brew from a brewery I have learned to expect nothing less.
