Inspired by the classic example from Northern Italy, Apropils is our take on a crisp and snappy Italian-style Pilsner that we lagered on Spalt Select hops for about four weeks to amplify their zesty, lemony character. Notes of crisp pear and white grape are supported by a moderate degree of bitterness.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at Reuben's. Rating from backlog. Pale golden appearance, with an active fizz head. Soft mineral front flavor. Floral hops come through on aroma and flavor, though in moderation. Light, and easy drinking pils. Nice and refreshing brew.
