50cl bottle from Vinomundo in Conwy. Pours light amber with a very generous head - the bottle conditioning is obvious. There are big notes of sweet malt as well as citrus bitterness of the hops. The taste confirms this showing cake mixture, caramel and some grapefruit or lemon sharpness on the end. The palate is very well balanced - a start, a middle and an end. Overall, really good beer - a Bitter in my opinion though.
