Cask at The Haymarket. Pours pale yellow gold, thin white head, nice lacing. Very light aromas, lemon and malted milk biscuits. Taste is lightly sweet, with more fruitiness. Finishes a bit thin. OK.

On tap at the Haymarket. Appearance - golden with a very nice cresmy head. Nose - quite elusive. Taste - apples and dry astringent malt. Palate - light to medium bodied with a fairly astringent finish. Overall - so so.

Cask (gravity) @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2012, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, riped apples, light hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, hoppy, malty, candy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120504]

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, biscuity, a bit bitter with some slight herbal notes. Flavour is floral, grassy and mild biscuity notes. Pleasantly balanced bitter.
