Delicious, refreshingly fruity and tart. We love this beer. It was refined over several weddings, including both founders’. We use our Yakima grown sourdough culture to make a fruity and tart wort that after fermentation seems like a glass of sparkling apricot juice. Appealing to those who typically don’t like beer and those who love it.

13 oz pour enjoyed on tap at Hop and Hound. Really interesting color here that screams strawberry much more than cherry. Salmonberry pink appearance. Mixed berry nose with plenty of sour indication. Tart forward first sip. Modest cherry, more of a mixed berry constant with a soft wheat side to it. Really juicy and easy drinking. Doesn't really budge on being sweet. Really refreshing and tasty brew.
