A dark mild enriched with light and dark crystal which together with a sprinkle of chocolate malt gives the beer a rich full bodied flavour.
Hopped sparingly with Goldings and Crystal.
This is a mild with plenty to interest the drinker.

Gravity cask at the Pigs Ear 2012, London. Pours clear brown with a fine, beige cream head. Dark, tangy fruits in the nose. Light sweet flavor, tangy dark fruits. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Semi-dark malt finish, mild wet earth, hints of tangy berries. The beer seems to be in fairly poor shape.
