We loved the idea of this beer so much that we decided to make it a double. With a gentle mouthfeel and moderate bitterness, this beer gives the crazy delicious combo of Southern Hemisphere hops their opportunity to show off. New Zealand Wai-iti and Wiamea hops throw off heavy citrus and peach while Australian Enigma packs a tropical punch. We threw in some Washington-grown Mosaic for a little mango and blueberry and to keep the local vibe alive.

32 oz crowler poured, picked up at Stoup. Awesome! Thick, juicy, apple golden haze, loose foam head. Tropical, ripe fruit flavor with this hazy. Aroma matches. Smooth tasting imperial. Low bitter tropical linger. Tasty.
