Draft 10 oz pour, enjoyed at Structures. A less than expected style for a collaboration project, but considering the two breweries involved, I absolutely have to try this. Cooper, amver pour. Patchy fizz head. Soft metallic, rich malt, dark fruit aroma. Taste is smoother than the aroma indicates. Taste is a barely sweet malt battles by bold bitterness. Sharp carb. A brew that reminds me of neither brewery. A brew that is well made either way. Good beer here.
