Una cerveza de color obscuro intenso, de aromas complejos a maderas, café, maíz y canela, que dan paso a un sabor amargo definido en el paladar.

Near black. The aroma is quite molassesy, maybe a bit of caramel as well. The body is a bit thin, but again has molasses dark sugar notes, and some residual sweetness. Just not the body to go with it. A bit of caramel/nut in there but it's not super complex. Still, I think I'd take this stout as another example of the solid brewing in the Bajo region. Will need to explore more.

12 oz bottle poured, picked up at TaconTenedor. Last remaining bottle from the incredible trip to Playa Del Carmen. A cola brown pour, a lighter complexion than the typical stout. Active tan fizz head. Dry cocoa throughout. Smooth stout, and flavorful. A slight nutty grain here. Not really what I expected from this stout. Better for sure. Enjoyed this.

Very nice. Good dry roast, light coffee and light nut. Pours black with good head and lacing. Very good for style. Bottle pour at Yucatan craft beer festival.
