This London-style Porter was brewed with Thomas Fawcett Maris Otter, Flaked Barley, Pale Chocolate, and a touch of Roasted Barley. Hopped lightly with East Kent Golding, it was fermented cool with our favorite strain of yeast that originated in London.

Draft pour enjoyed at Holy Mountain. A thin, cola brown piut, big bubble head. Toast, malt, wood, toffee aroma. Flavor is smooth, a touch dry at the end. Agree with Matt, there's a touch of smoke. Toasty malt lingering finish. Overall, I enjoyed this one. Solid imperial smoked session English mild porter. Baltic?
