Draft pour at 10 Barrel, Bend. Poured to a signature tulip. Thick, juicy golden orange pour. A cool fronted gin flavor, with a lemon like tartness. A touch floral, and a bit melon as well. Not as much peach as I expected/hoped, but it was there for sure. Late lingering big pucker sour here. Cool finish that is almost minty. Quite an experience with this beer here.

On Tap at the Boise BP Lightly hazy golden with no head but plenty of bubbles. Lemony lacto tart aromas. Soft beady malt notes and flavors. A little of the floral perfumery character of the chamomile, and a little of the gin herbalness. Pretty mellow.
