It is a period of intense experimentation. On the brew house in Ballard the Reuben's team have been urgently testing new malt and hop profiles to achieve the ultimate goal. A hazy IPA with enough complexity and intensity to caress and impress the most discerning palate.
Pursued by the sinister agents of oxidization, the Reuben's team serve and protect the beer. They are custodians of this tasty beverage until it can be safely delivered to the beer lovers of the Pacific Northwest corner of the Galaxy... Show Less

Keg at the Bottle Shop - Bermondsey. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds white grape, melon, peach. Medium sweet flavour with more peach, ripening citrus, mild rindy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily, with fine carbonation. Mellow resin in the finish, more white grape, tangerines, peach. Not bad.

16 oz can poured. I think I took the name of this one too literal. It's probably the lightest of the crushes, in color anyway. Golden yellow pour that was clean at first pour, but it hazed up quick. Maybe this can stood tall for too long. Heavy on the cream. Has fruit going on, but it isn't as obvious as others. A hint of vanilla, and a big oat impression from start to finish. Smooth hazy here, and simple to drink. Probably not a super memorable one for me, but it wasn't flawed in any way.
