Cask @ Christian Firtal Pale Ale Festival, Odense 2013. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Smooth and spicy hoppy nose and flavor. Grassy and herbal. Dry bitter finish. Quite nice although this isn’t my fav. hop. Kick ass brewery!

From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden orange with a small, creamy and thick white head. Aroma is mild peachy hops. Fruity, crisp and light citrusy. Smooth peachy, mild citrusy and crisp hoppy. Fruity sweet impression, yet bitter into the finish.

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, peaches, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus fruits, peaches, and a bit of pineapples leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell. It pours golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is dough, pithy citrus, grapefruit, corn, faint floral and a touch of menthol. The taste is dough, nachos, pithy citrus, grapefruit, light soap, nice bitterness and floral notes with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Easy drinking and pretty tasty, but I don’t like the light corn aspect.
