Draft 13 oz pour at Toronado, Seattle. Hope these guys keep popping up in places until I can finally go and enjoy at the source itself. They got quite the good thing going on their early going. Pale golden yellow pour. A ton of sour funk on the nose. No shortage of wheat here. Very well represented, and actually beats out the sourness in the lingering flavors. Cool, light, refreshing, but flavorful. The wheat/grain almost has the slightest bit of spice to it, unless my imagination isn't letting me down. Good balance of funk, wheat, and fruit from start to finish. Very nice.
