Draft 10 oz pour at E9. Killer breakfast. Killer beer. I love a brewery that you can go at 8am for a beer and an omelette. A glowing orange-ish amber pour. Soft funk on the aroma, a berry like fruit. Oranges and cherries come through, but none of the morning time coffee that I partially expected. Flavor is much more tart than expected as well, and pairs really well with the malt bill. Funky, sweet, tart, and many other things going on here. Very fun addition to their extensive wild beer list.
