GBBF. Hazy amber beer, little white head. Soapy detergent dominates mild citrus. Badly infected - surely!

Pours gold into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Dry with caramel upfront turning to mildly bitter earth in the lasting finish.

Cask@GBBF2012. Amber colour, not too much head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, herbal, caramelly and also has some quite yeasty notes to it. Flavour is fruity, floral and mildly earthy. Served a bit too early.
