Cask at Flying Pig, Cambridge. Low key fruit and grain aroma. Light gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Light-medium sweetness with a sour adhesive. A big dose of cardboard that then gains prominence. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. God awful gold.

Gravity Dispense at Pig’s Ear BF, London - 05/12/12. Clear pale golden with a minimal white head that clears to the edge and forms a small pond. Nose is hops, light citrus, pale malt, lemon drizzle cake, touch of lemon sherbet. Taste follows, sweetish sugar notes, some bitterness in with the lemon and sugars. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Decent drop.
