Shaker pint draft at Foran’s Grand Trunk Pub in Detroit, Michigan. The pour is a slightly hazed golden with a small foamy white head. The aroma is soft grain, a bit of mineral and earthy spice hop. The taste is the fresh cereal malt along with some of the mineral and earthy spice floral hop character. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the dry mineral and earth finish. Solid.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of earthy grass and straw with a bit of leaves and hay underlying. Flavor has earthy grass and light leaves with straw and hay backing.
