Experimental Kolsch Style Ale brewed with lemon and cucumber
How do you make a Kolsch even more refreshing? We took our inspiration from spa water and added copious amounts of lemon juice and cucumber to create Gitchy Gitchy Ooh La La, resulting in a bold but quaffable brew that is also a great homage to a dog named Sue, the good-est boy who belonged to our beloved pub brewer, Luke. “If I had a tail I’d own the night.”

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2019. Pours a clear pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of fresh cucumber with straw and light lemon supporting. Flavor is cucumber forward with light lemon and straw backing. Refreshing.

Don't mind the fireball shot that snuck in there
