7.4% Aged on American oak chips. Pale gold slight haze thin collar of white bubbles. Well the oak and vanilla come through but donโt dominate the apples. Aroma takes me back to Napa Valley. Apple character is there but I would want it to be a bit more characterful to battle the oak. Certainly interesting though. Oh and itโs too sweet
