Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Appearance is dark Amber, clear. 3. Malty aroma, hint of caramel as well, yeasty. Bitter hoppy taste, plenty of malts, raisin hints.

Cask handpull at The Phoenix Canterbury. Dark amber colour lasting beige head. Earthy hop aroma and malty too. Ok but a touch of bleach and the earthiness is a bit muddy. Ok hop sting on the finish. Strong hop character but not hugely hoppy. Fine.
