Unser Kärrners Hell ist ein typisches „Helles“. Es ist ungemein süffig, mild, leicht malz- und hopfenaromatisch und wenig bitter. Diese Note erzielt unser Brauerei-Team durch eine ausgewogene Komposition heller Pilsner- und Karamellmalze, eine abgestimmte Menge feinstem, weltbekanntem Tettnanger Aromahopfen und dem Bad Orber Brauwasser. Herausragend bei diesem Bier ist ein feines, grasig-fruchtiges Hopfenaroma, abgerundet durch leicht blumige Nuancen. Unser Brauereimeister hat den Dreh heraus: Eine späte Hopfengabe am Ende der Würzekochung erhält diese besonderen Hopfenaromen für das Bier, ohne dem Bier dabei eine zu bittere Note zu verleihen.

Kräftige Farbe, deutliche Trübung – sieht gut aus. Auf der Flasche steht auch „Naturbelassen - Unfiltriert“. Also ein Zwickl- oder Kellerbier und eben kein Helles. Der Geruch enttäuscht auch nicht. Blumenwiese, Kräutergarten und ein Hauch Zitronenlimonade. Geschmacklich haben wir kerniges Getreide, eine herbe Fruchtnote und wieder ein paar würzige, florale Kräuter. Auch wenn geschmacklich nicht zu intensiv, hat das Bier Substanz und ist deutlich gehaltvoller als die eher geringen 4,8 % Alk. es vermuten lassen würden.

Pours clear pale yellow with a off white head. Nose & flavor is sweet malty- grain and corn.

Many thanks to McTapps for this sample! Smooth fresh beginning. Lots of sweetish malt for a "Helles". Not much bitterness here, quite smooth, but not too deep. Easy to drink but a bit too sweet.

1000ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy and doughy, bready malty aroma. Taste is minimally sweet grainy, malty, some husk, a very cautious lemon dash. Standard German "Hausbrauerei" Helles.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, leicht würzig. Geschmack angenehm malzig würzig, minimale Bitterkeit.

Bottle 100cl. w. swing top.Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, grass, grain. Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, butter, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and minerals, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
