On tap at cloudburst brewing. Pours out a hazy straw golden color topped with a white head. Nose is fun pineapple juice floral some berries and spice. Taste is more of the nice fruit combo and a belg touch.

Draft 10 oz pour at Cloudburst. I’m learning about new ingredients with this series. Fun stuff. Tangy orange pour with an active fizz head. A less impressionable aroma than I expected. Soft grains if anything. Flavor is a tropical mix, distinct, but soft pineapple. Belgain yeast middle. A bit of a bite with this one. Maybe I pepper bite? Hints of raspberry too? Introduction to a new berry I guess. Late pineapple reminder. Not bad. Very interesting and unique, which is reason number 2 for why I keep up with this series.
