Draft pour at Holy Mountain, Seattle. A golden orange pour with a thin fizz head. Aroma is heavy with straw, oak, and white wine. Flavor is dry, tart white grape, and a steady oak presence. A high abv that hides well. Very dry, and surprisingly bland for me, but a solid brew for sure. Tasty, and well put together. I like it.
