Enjoyed on draft at Schilling Cider House, Seattle. Aroma is pepper heat, paired with cleaning product. A little scared, but still on board. Flavor is a heat that hits before the cider touches your lips, then grows. Amazing. Fruity cereal like flavor hidden begging the hot peppers. Pepper dominated, but much easier to drink than previous pepper cider offerings. Tastes like a froot loop cider, with hot peppers added. Scare people away, but of course, I still like it. Perfect? Far from. Good? Definitely.
