Draft pour at Holy Mountain, enjoying this for the first, and almost certainly the last time. Sometimes it’s good to be in the right place at the right time. Lighter appearance, golden color with a galaxy fizz head. Sweet and grassy hop aroma with a funk. Flavor is insanely juicy, with an oak background. Sweet, juicy, bitter, tart, oak, this beer seems to have it all. I think the extra citra makes this a standout beer as an overall. I would have loved to try the original side by side, but the thought of doing so didn’t come to me until just now. Solid offering here.
