Draft pour at Green Bench. Pours a clear pale golden color with a thin film head. Soft grains, apple, and a sturdy hop profile in the aroma. Good hop character in the flavor right away. Some spice, and a quiet bitterness to dollow. Cool, almost minty finish. Solid saison.
