Draft pour pint at Elysian Fields. Listed at 3.5%. Pours a bright orange color with active bubbles and no head. If I walked up to this glass without previous knowledge, I would think this is a glass of orange soda. Identical.. sour aroma of orange and strawberry. Tart up front, with a smooth, sweet transition to berry fruit. Late salt kick that is more than noticeable. Sourness 7/10. Corny, buttery finish. Popcorn? A lot going on here. Good in a few ways, but weird in more.
