Bottle from Microbar in Manchester. Yellow-golden with next to no head. Has a mild hoppy character and its medium-body coupled with a tasty dry hop serves to give it a good feel in the palate. Malt-hop aroma.

Cask at The Anchor, Birmingham. Poured a clear light straw colour with a big frothy head. The aroma has a hint of grass and a little malt. The flavour is medium to strong bitter, with a big malty flowery, aromatic taste on the palate, combined with lots of dry spicy hoppiness. My initial reaction was mixed, but that was just the shock of drinking something that was so completely different. By the second or third mouthful I started to like this beer. By the end of the glass, I was hooked!
