Draft pour at the Issaquah brew house. Pours a cloudy caramel color with a bubbly head. Really nice orange slice and apricot aroma. Flavor matches the aroma, with a more dry belgian yeast finish. Slightly tart, but mostly a crisp flavor. Really big fruit flavor up front. Nice saison here, and super surprised at the double digit abv. Awesome beer.
