Aged days shy of a full year in Heaven Hills bourbon barrels. Wonderful aromas and notes of chocolate, coffee, vanilla and bourbon make this easy drinking imperial stout a timely pleasure to imbibe.

Draft pour at the brewery. Pours black with a fading team head. Heavy boozy aroma with a chocolate background. This is a major league beer here. Strong chocolate coffee and chocolate flavor, and this beer kicks your ass at the same time. Good flavor and beer overall. Not sure if I was quite ready for this one. Will try again soon.
