Cask handpull at Sheffield Tap Sheffield. Very dark brown thin beige head. Swwet dark syrup with a buttery richness. Reminds me of butter caramelised in a pan. Some dark cherry. Not sour enough for me. Ut us like licking a frying pan that has had butter caramelising in it. Some strawberry jam sweetness. Frankly its bizarre. Never had a beer taste of caramelised butter before. And its not diacetyl. Strawberry jam comes through more as you drink it. Crazy. Going to bed now
