Honey and dandelion bouquet. Clear yellow medium head. Dry lilly, lemongrass, cream soda highlights. Light body, moderate carbonation. Much too dry, but interesting.

3 week old pint can A: Finely hazed rich gold with 1/2 of thick white foam. Fair retention and sheet lacing. S: Bread, honey, floral and grassy notes. T: A bit tart and noticeably sweet. Citrus and stone fruit hops try to balance toasty and honey-esque malts. M: Medium light with average carbonation and a clean if slightly rough texture. O: Starts off too sweet but a balance is soon struck. Not bad but doesn't strike me as a Summer brew.
