Born from the complexity of malted sugars intertwined with expressive yeast strains and then further refined in fiery oaken vessels, this Belgian-Style Quadrupel Ale exudes notes of dark fruit - plum, cherry and fig - and woven with savory aromas of vanilla, chocolate and bourbon. Aged in bourbon barrels for 11 months - expressive, refined and repurposed for coveting.

Deep gold to deep brown in color with a small head. Aroma was stone fruit, vanilla chocolate and bourbon. Taste is plum, cherry, fig, vanilla, chocolate and bourbon.
