Deep, dark brown with an amber hue when held up to the light. It had a small light brown head. Aroma was chocolate, and raspberry. Taste was chocolate, raspberry and dark roasted grains.

Can picked up from Biervana, München and consumed at home watching The Platform on Netflix, Saturday 6th June 2020. Pours black with a tan head, aroma is as one would expect i.e. dominated by the barrel ageing, so bourbon wafts. Tastes of bourbon, chocolate, and a little dark cherry, not really picking up the raspberries. It's a little less indulgent than expected, it's smooth, easy drinking for the abv. It's good but was hoping for more raspberries.
