BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, sugary. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, with some mellow tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Quite OK

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow, fully gone head. Aroma is smoked and citric apples. Sweet, juicy and sulphorish. Sweet and smooth sulphorish finish.

Polycask @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.Unclear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, horse blanket, light wood. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, sweet appl, horse blanket. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120809]

Canister@GBBF2012. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is green apples, vanilla, apple juice sweetness as well as some herbs. Flavour is apple juice, smooth, quite sweat and pleasant. Reminds a lot of the Finnish apple varieties as for the sweetness.
