Cask at the St Albans Beer festival 2019. A light hazed pale golden coloured pour with a loose white head, tangy lemon, wheat. Flavour is composed of lemon, plastic, sicky, citrus, tNgy green apple. Flavour is composed of pithy white apple, pithy, tart tangy, ok. Pithy lemon and pear.

Polycask @ The Bree Louise, 69 Coburg Street, Euston, London, England NW1 2HH.Clear medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, apples, tart apples, light vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20121208]

Cask@Craft Beer Co, London. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is fruity, some sweet and tart apples along with mild floral notes. Flavour is sweet, but tart apples along with vanilla, some slight herbs and mild earthy notes. Big sweet apples in finish. Quite mouthdrying.
